We are happy to announce that the 2007 TDAA Petit Prix will
again be held in Springfield IL October 12, 13, 14 2007!!
It will be in the same site, the Livestock Center at the Illinois
State Fairgrounds, as this years event. Those that attended this
year will tell you what a wonderful facility this is.
The general format will remain the same, with Friday being a regular
agility trial and the tournament events beginning Saturday and
concluding Sunday. As you have heard from the attendees this year it
was a lot of fun and very competitive; we hope you will all plan to
attend.
Particulars will be made available over the next few months but
start planning those vacations for Illinois in October!
From the experiences we heard this year, you may want to plan a day
or two extra to take in the rich sightseeing opportunities in
Springfield. Also when checking air travel, check out flying into St
Loius MO and renting a car there; it's only about 90 minutes away.
That way you avoid the huge Chicago airport and the small hops into
Springfield or Bloomington.
We will try and post more travel tips as the date draws closer. We
are anticipating a lot of repeat PP participants and hope to have a
lot of first time PP participants as well.
TDAA is the venue that allows us to show off all our handling skills
and where the courses provide challenges we rarely see in other
